As I contributed some of that money, I should have a say in the punishment.
For starters, the yacht should be sold and the money used to repay what they owe. If there is money leftover, that can go towards costs.
If selling the yacht doesn't raise enough then their posessions should be sold.

About time people started repaying the money they make from crimes.

To be fair, I think the home should be the last thing to be considered as they will need to be housed & for some strange reason, this country is particularly soft on some people, giving them luxury council houses on a whim - Although, if they own a nice 3 bed semi, it could be taken into account & perhaps exchanged for a 2 bed council flat

Wish I could get a council house on a whim been on the list for 5yrs now with not one offer!!, instead my choices are:-

A) Live with parents
B) Pay extortionate rates to rent privately :bang:

Or C) Marry someone who already has a house.

Can you guess what I did? :p

LOL, me too (y)

Send in the bailiff's an claim back all the money with interest. Banks an loan companies would, don't know why the government don't.
Personally speaking, a few years ago we were over paid WFTC's an we had to pay it all back within 6 months.

Yes Inland Revenue are f***ing idiots I don't think they know how they calculate it half the time. How the hell do they expect us to understand it?
