FYI Diet Coke is an extremely effective spermicide. Which is possibily where this 60 year old urban myth came from.

I wouldn't have thought so. But thats how old the myth is atleast. The original team behind the study found references to it back in the 50's. But then also in the 50's it was old coke not new coke and maybe old coke was more effective than new coke?
