What do you use your van for?

I have visions now of trying to get soil out of the back of a Marshall. I hope you clean the van out properly before transporting the gear.

"Hey man, I can't get a good clean Am7 I seem to have a snail stuck behind the 2nd fret."

Yea it gets brushed out at the end of the week ready for the amps etc to go in although there have been a few times when my fender amp has had to travel next to my lawnmower and strimmer (n) the guitar sat in the front on those journeys though :slayer:

as for the Am7, what guitar are you playing??? could be the 2nd fret is worn, you may be lucky and they could be cleaned up but this never lasts as soon as a fret starts to go i find it better to change them but that would only happen on a guitar that has had lots of play. It's more common for the cause to be that the guitar just needs to be set up properly again and that should only cost £30 tops at any decent music shop

I use mine for transporting the dogs around agility shows, that and towing the caravan. The Scudo/Dispatch/Expert are popular vans on the agility circuit....

Isn't that sludgeguts?

F'k me, what a memory. :slayer:
Got made redundant from that firm about 2.5 years ago.
So, if anyone sees an 06 plate, long wheelbase (triaxle) minibus based around the ducato, with a FF sticker on the back doors I'd be interested to know what the old girl's doing these days.
Although at around 18mpg, i suspect it was stripped.

As for my doblo - when my eldest was involved with Scouts, I used it to tow the trailer full of gear, plus loads of gear in the back.
Also been camping a few times - tended to chuck up a 6m x 3m pop-up gazebo then throw open a pop-up tent - car is sheltered at one end of gazebo, we 'lived' the other end. All very portable & easy to set up/stow.
I've had motor homes & caravans which are OK for the luxury but looking back, they really were too costly.
currently, we tend to use the doblo when we go walking with friends & our dogs (4 adults plus 2 dogs).
