Thought i would share this with everyone....

I live in Orpington (a small town type area) and we have had loads of adverts filmed here.

like all the simpsons (dominos pizza) ones and a kodak one.

but i thought this one was the weirdest....

just the fact that it makes no sense to me :p

explain anyone?

i think they are trying to say 'ordinary' is relative. we all think our own lives are ordinary, but to someone else it will seem very extraordinary.

wtf has that got to do with honda?

well to you and me a honda is very ordinary, almost boring, but to those with the correct perception it is extraordinary.

so bascially they're saying you need to live in an isolated 3rd world community to appreciate a honda. :D

weirdly i understood that.

but i will never understand the marketing campaigns honda use.

they rarely have anything to do with cars yet are soo great:confused::p

4x4s shouldn't be marketed to the school run brigade.

from a marketing perspective, that is exactly who they should be marketed to because that is who is buying them.

end of the day the environment isnt a priority compared to improving the chances of your family surviving a crash, having loads of space, and making poor people feel inadequate. if i had kids i'd rather they went to school in an X5 than a corsa.
