I dont know about anybody else but even if you do have to do it yourself surely instantaneous orgasms would be very boring as it is a mind set to actually experience one and it is waiting that make the climax that much better. Only reason i could see it worth while is if you can manage to use it for more than about 20mins i wouldnt know but could a woman experience full blown orgasm for that long.
