My right calf muscle keeps tensing up as if I'm going to get cramp in it, I don't mind getting cramp every so often but I hate this expectation that the pain could hit any second
Exer-what now ?
The place is so expensive because of that fancy nancy website! Place I bring mine has none of that crap. They are down a side street with quite a small garage, 2 brothers (one a panel beater and the other a sprayer) and an apprentice that qualified with them but they do a good honest job. Their work is good, they do a lot of work for a VW dealer just outside the city on new and nearly new cars. I get it done a bit cheaper aswell because my dad works near enough to them for the last 15 years and goes down most days and has a noise around.
i thought i might get a reply like that.
its caused by the build up of lactic acid so best bet is to sit still all day and dont move at all
That's easy when I work in a call center Just worried it'll hit me when I have to drive home ...

the service charge is usually made up of the estate charge and the block charge. the estate charge is for the repair/renewal/decoration/cleaning/maintenance etc of the building's external stucture and costs, such as gardening or lighting or paying for a manned entry gate.
the block charge is to cover the repair/renewal/decoration/cleaning/maintenance etc of the building's internal structure and contents, such as carpets, rubbish collection, alarm servicing.
both charges are usually quoted as a percentage. depending on the situation there may be other seperate charges that are included to form the overall service charge, such as car parking charges.
