My right calf muscle keeps tensing up as if I'm going to get cramp in it, I don't mind getting cramp every so often but I hate this expectation that the pain could hit any second :(

cramp in calf muscle is sooo painful and in the thigh.

i always get it while im asleep and wake up and sit bolt up right:p

but i know what you mean. you get like a twinge of it and panic and it goes away but you know the biggy is just round the corner.

eat more salt and warm down after exercise(y)

The place is so expensive because of that fancy nancy website! Place I bring mine has none of that crap. They are down a side street with quite a small garage, 2 brothers (one a panel beater and the other a sprayer) and an apprentice that qualified with them but they do a good honest job. Their work is good, they do a lot of work for a VW dealer just outside the city on new and nearly new cars. I get it done a bit cheaper aswell because my dad works near enough to them for the last 15 years and goes down most days and has a noise around.

Had the windscreen replaced and they positioned the mirror way to high so it's almost touching the interior light and I need to have it at a stupid angle to see anything! In two minds as to ring them and get them to lower it by 10-15mm as I'll sound really anal!!! But it's annoyin me!!

thats the kind of place i use too. they dont have websites or fancy premises, but they do a great job for cheap.

finding places like that is as easy as going to yell.com and searching for "car body repairs" close to your postcode. then go for a drive to the closest 10 to you to get prices and have a chat to see what the people there are like and see what their current work looks like.

there's a small scruffy garage round the corner from me that looks like it should be pulled down for health and safety, but the guy there is spot on and his work is amazing. its always busy at that place, you need to book weeks in advance. last time i went for a quote we ended up chatting for 2 hours about life in general. his prices are less than half of the "insurance approved" repair centre at the industrial estate, and his work is a lot better too.

the service charge is usually made up of the estate charge and the block charge. the estate charge is for the repair/renewal/decoration/cleaning/maintenance etc of the building's external stucture and costs, such as gardening or lighting or paying for a manned entry gate.
the block charge is to cover the repair/renewal/decoration/cleaning/maintenance etc of the building's internal structure and contents, such as carpets, rubbish collection, alarm servicing.

both charges are usually quoted as a percentage. depending on the situation there may be other seperate charges that are included to form the overall service charge, such as car parking charges.

:ROFLMAO: you know more than them

i dont pay internal block charge that for the tower flats, i have no idea what i paying for:spin:

plot 50 dont have a block charge but same flats in my bit do:confused:

plot 50 better than my flat
