Been trying to access my sisters hotmail account. She's been locked out of it due to hacking fear but now hotmail won't let her back in they need to verify it's her account. Now this would be easy if she had the correct mobile number on the account but it's one from about 5 years ago . We've submitted information to hotmail / Microsoft three times now and they are saying the information submitted isn't enough , but we can't think of anymore info to provide . Anyone have any help ?
Other than answer the questions there isn't much you can do.
We have answered the questions about 5-6 times to no avail . I have now spoken with someone via the chat app on outlook.Com and they are going to try and sort it and get back to me in 24 hours .
! I'm an MS Partner and they never reply to me. Seriously, good luck though. Other than doing as said you'll be very lucky to speak with someone that can do anything.

The wind! Had two things to do outside today wash the car and clean the rabbit out and fahk me didn't it make them difficult. Everytime it gusted I was ducking expecting to be hit by bits of fence/roof tiles.

Danish postal service once again failing at delivering a package to me, and returning it to the sender for no good reason. 3rd time it's happened this year. This time it means that the Ragazzon back box I ordered will be delayed, which means my Punto keeps sitting in the drive way.
Further to my W10 saga; update broke the explorerframe.dll file, and laptop wouldn't boot past the login. Ugh!
