The shouting and waiving my hands about worked well, although I hadn't even put my high vis on, god knows how much better it would have been then

it wasnt the brake shoes ,it was the brake fluid res ,at the bottom of it the sensor switch ,i took the res off and fiddled about with that and hey presto its gone out and staying out ;-)

The flat I rent out in Wales had a leaky shower, I fixed that back in November, apparently its leaking again and has now caused problems downstairs. I am supposed to visit my sister this weekend but instead I am now going to have to go back to my flat in Wales and face yet more costs. All during a month where I've already stumped up a few hundred quid I don't have on fees trying to sell the bloomin flat.

Eco-friendly brake pads. I thought I'd save a Polar Bear and buy brake pads made from recycled tyres and resin. Great idea but bloody useless at stopping my van though.
