Stuck in Weymouth the weather sucks and I wanna go home. :-(

How they can call what they serve in this hotel every morning a full English is beyond comprehension. No beans, no hash browns, no toast and only one sausage and one piece of bacon. :-(

The 3 stars outside must be decorations accidentally left up from the festive season...

i thought hash browns were american

I'm not so sure:

Originally, the full name was "hashed brown potatoes" (or "hashed browned potatoes"), of which the first known mention is by food author Maria Parloa (1843–1909) in 1888.(2) The name was gradually shortened to 'hash brown potatoes'[3] until the most common name had become simply 'hash browns' around 1970 (although the shortened name was used in media as early as 1959, by the main character in the pilot episode of The Twilight Zone).
Some claim that hash browns may have developed out of rösti, the Swiss farmer's breakfast dish. If a dish of hash browned potatoes incorporates corned beef, chopped meat, leftovers, or other vegetables, it is more commonly referred to as hash or bubble and squeak, a dish that became popular in war-time Britain

People take far more notice off you if you look official, wave your arms manically and shout a lot especially at those who drive round roundabouts several times to take photos of the accident

The shouting and waiving my hands about worked well, although I hadn't even put my high vis on, god knows how much better it would have been then :p

When I dove off I had to turn the heating off in the car, waving my hands about so frantically had made me work up a sweat :p

Banjo nipple end sheered off by over-tightening the bleed nipple. :bang:

Grrrrrr! The overtime fairies have been sodomised by the Tax Ogre again. :bang:

£598 tax this month so my take home pay is £34 less than a flat month. :bang:

Dear Mr Chancellor,
why not make Bank Holidays tax free? That way people who are willing to work on those days don't get their efforts robbed by the HMRC.

it wasnt the brake shoes ,it was the brake fluid res ,at the bottom of it the sensor switch ,i took the res off and fiddled about with that and hey presto its gone out and staying out ;-)

The flat I rent out in Wales had a leaky shower, I fixed that back in November, apparently its leaking again and has now caused problems downstairs. I am supposed to visit my sister this weekend but instead I am now going to have to go back to my flat in Wales and face yet more costs. All during a month where I've already stumped up a few hundred quid I don't have on fees trying to sell the bloomin flat.

Eco-friendly brake pads. I thought I'd save a Polar Bear and buy brake pads made from recycled tyres and resin. Great idea but bloody useless at stopping my van though. ;)
