How to change a 2010 Accord head light bulb, access from bonnet . . . Nope in through wing, so arch liner out, which is front wheel off, part of undertray then arch liner then air box and intake pipe then reach in blind and feel for a cap turn that anti clock wise, THEN release the bulb clip by feel only again, swap bulb repeat reverse, all an all 2hours to change 1 H4

Just be there, sometimes all they need is someone to talk to (and listen) and probably not about the person or event that has just happened. As someone who's been through that sort of thing, the last thing you want is fussing and crave 'normality'.

Big hugs fella, it's not easy, I went through it back in August when I found Ex SWMBO dead. All I wanted was people to do normal things with me, talk about normal things etc.

yea he went out with us for my ""mother in law"" and it was as normal as it could get but certain trigger points still are there (like music) and he couldnt stop looking at his number in the phone etc

7 weeks on and I still have triggers, they do get less and less as time moves on, the number in the phone is a tough one, I cant bring myself to delete that yet.

He hasn't fully accepted that he's gone tho, thats the problem
it was sudden and he was very very close to his brother

i know grief takes a while, when he starts the stages it should settle

Over 20 years for me and theres still things that trigger, admittedly it does get less but it never goes away, you just learn to cope with it. I suppose its part of what makes us, well us. Just hang in there it does get bearable.
Ziggy122 your doing the right things just by being there, your friend does appreciate it, even if they don't say it to your face.

Remember attempting to do a bulb on my mates golf mk4, that was a massive ball ache as well.
