Exactly, happens all the time at work, starting to learn that I shouldn't bother
Bought an iPod off ebay (I dislike the iOS 7 music player plus my iPhone doesn't have enough space for music and apps anymore). Its an iPod Mini (In my opinion the best iPod ever, all the parts are easily swap-able and the hard drives can be replaced with CF cards up to 128GB)
Back to the iPod on ebay described as fully working a few marks, turned up, worked for about 10mins and kept crashing, I assume seller just saw it turned on and didn't test it further
Not pleased, left negative feedback which I'm sure he'll just ignore

Demand a refund and for him to pay for it been sent back

Well, I got the iPod really cheap and intended to swap the internal 4GB hard drive for a 16GB CF card so it doesn't matter that the hard drive has died, but still I paid for a 'fully working' iPod which isn't
EDIT: Have opened a paypal dispute for a partial refund, which I think is fair. Here's hoping...

Watching an American drama featuring a jaguar xk120 and in your typical american style in most scenes they've dubbed the engine note with a v8. However in the scenes where its travelling at low speed towards the camera its defos a six.
My yamaha digital piano turned up today from amazon in its 60Kg package
Assembled it plugged it in pressed power button the power light came on and immediately went off again, tried a few more times and came to the conclusion it was faulty.... Grrrr only been waiting a week for the bloody thing
Put through the returns request, states 'because item is bulky I will have to pay for the return postage and they will refund me......'
ITS 60-fking KG and the box is 2 metres long x50 cm x 40cm how the hell much is that going to cost me to post.
Phoned up amazon to complain who then agreed they would arrange to collect the faulty item at their expense, thank god ! But as it is now currently out of stock I will have to wait another two weeks to receive the replacement ARRRRRGH!!

Getting a telling off from my partner for not seeing a cyclist before she did...she would have a point if he'd had lights on his bike..and wasn't travelling the wrong way down a one way street, however I was looking left where the traffic is meant to come from and he appeared on my right...missed him tbf but if I hadn't would have kicked the ****er for damaging my car with his stupidity.
Well not sure if this is smile or grumpy but a really strange week!
Sunday - got a £25 Parking ticket
Monday - Got recognised at work and got a £100 meal voucher
Tuesday - Another recognition... Got £25 love2shop voucher
Wednesday - Got Friday booked off from work
Thursday - Got a £35 parking ticket at after driving 2hrs to Leeds and parking (temporarily) on double yellows at 23:00 hrs

Saturday - Got my Tints done relatively cheaply
Sunday - Error popped up on dash, and realised most of my brake lights have gone out and it wasn't the bulbs or fuses

Wednesday - Chipped off a corner off my brake light whilst trying to diagnose the fault .
.
Friday - Got a mates auto electrician brother to look at it and fix it for free (The earth wire had broken inside the grommet)
