What's made you grumpy today?

every Wednesday some fecking cycle club uses my road as a race track. they all have what look like hid lights? between 2 and 4 sets each, set facing direct into drivers eyes, they are not all in a line but all over the road so its like having 10 lights in a row across the road shinning at you. if you flash them to let them know they are blinding you they shout loads of abuse at you

Karma for all those numptys with illegal hid kits in their cars

I've got 2 of them they are great 900 lumen each ;)

1 dude on one bike with lights pointing to the road don't cause a problem as they are riding some where between the middle and near side of their side of the road, these dudes are all over the road though often with some of them on wrong side of the white line until you get close to them even then they only move just the other side of it, so lights are pointing direct into eyes of on coming drivers, some even have the lights on their heads too a look straight at on coming drivers so that light is also blinding everyone

Head torches are great for "eyeballing" drivers at junctions at night

Thank's to the M.I.B (Motor insurance bureau) pillocking me about I can no longer pay my insurance by installments.

No problem it's only £239 this year.

Can it wait until my payday next week?

No it's all computerised now and DVLA can take your car if it's uninsured even from private property.

So doorstep loan to insure my Panda tomorrow then. :(

Is this the continuous enforcement bo**ox? (Must be insured if taxed etc.)?

If so then yes it can wait as long as you don't drive it as IIRC you get a few weeks grace.

The MIB have no say in what payment methods an insurance company decide to accept, that's down to the insurance provider and them only (and often the result of certain checks they make).

Sounds completely different.

Thanks to the MIB I have a CCJ. They swapped collection companies without informing me. I was paying the first company and the second company who had been writing letters to the wrong address took me to court. Because they had the wrong address I never received an invitation to appear and have an attachment of earnings order in place in my absence.
Even though it's only £20 a month they won't accept it or a deposit today and balance next week (when the payday fairies visit) so it's all being done tomorrow instead.
I'm not a fan of Adrian Flux's pay up or we'll grass you to the DVLA selling tactic but the next nearest quote was more than double their offer.

At least it will be done and dusted for a year. :)

Sounds to me like you moved house but forgot to inform a debt collection agency of your new address, the fact the debt moved to a new doesn't really matter.... Or have I misunderstood?
