I'm not in anyway qualified to make a medical diagnosis but that sounds like an abscess.

Open area from teething your Wisdom teeth makes it easy for bacteria to gather and reproduce like fury. My missus is suffering with them at the moment, She's has one side removed and the other still needs doing. How old are you if you don't mind me asking? I was fully widsom toothed with no bother at 22yrs old I guess I'm lucky .

ive got 3 out of 4, top right keeps poking through and then hiding again without any pain or anything but the others are happily out and im only 20

mine were through at 19 but I kept getting re-occuring pain now and again which stopped at 22.

I am 32, and fairly sure all my wisdom teeth were through in my uni years, at least I hope they are having had a look with a mirror and poking about with my tongue as there isn't really any more room I guess it could just be an infection, it's not so bad compared to yesterday so will keep up the rinsing with salt water and mouthwash, and see what happens by monday. Too busy between now and then to do anything anyways :bang:

Good point, you could try corsodyl between now and seeing the dentist.

Need to write a cover letter for an internal promotion before i go to work tonight but i have no idea what to put!

or in otherwords, explain why you believe you would be good for promotion and show scenarios which you have already occurred that show your skills that are required from the new job.

Aquafresh, what is Corsodyl?

OR, as jenks says, tell them why you would be ideal for the job - stay on topic, keep it brief or they'll scan it instead of reading it (3 short paragraphs max, don't include a ton of stuff that's already in your CV), no colloquial language, etc. Stick it in an envelope, even if you're going to directly give it to them.

Russ, it's antibacterial mouthwash, the dentist recommended it after I had a root canal and my mum had some work done (can't remember what) as a precaution/prevention in both cases.

Looking at pics of me with super-long blonde hair... I miss it muchly. Currently stuck with some kinda fiery/dark red until I find some balls to have a go at dying it back again...

Its around half a page so ill keep it to that. I need to go to work at half past so still gotta get ready and print it etc lol. Hes making an exception for me so i think ive got a pretty good chance at getting it tbh to say the closing date was on the 4th.

yCorsodyl is good stuff, get the mint one the other taste of dentist. get the medical one in round bottle not the every day one
