last night, left work at 5.15, got in at 8. Nearly 3 hours from Aldgate to Tottenham, on a bus i catch everyday which should take an hour
Probably same again tonight.

started reading a book in the bath last night and i finished it at 2.30am

Mom and Dad do know best, they been there, read the books and got the t-shirts... Compromise and be happy they care for you enough to avoid taking the easy route... they know that to have any chance in the future you need to be multi-skilled not have all your eggs in one un-qualified basket....

Nice one Matt, few young 'uns realise that most humans prefer the easy route with problems, including Mom & Dad, the tough route is guiding their kids with all the pain, cost and grief that can bring.

And even if parents were just trying to make life hard, at 15 you have absolutly no life skills, experience, hell, any idea of what is right. If we did, there wouldnt be any 30yo guys living at home

the single biggest advantage of age (and experience) is that we really have done it, been there etc... thing is kids dont see it, they think teeny issues have only just begun, and that their secret things are new too. If only they knew eh? :devil:

Theres no special age at which point arguing turns into rational debate Matt but you'll get there!
We have 2 ears and 1 mouth and we need to use them in proportion, a talent that gets easier with time and experience, although there is no Mom or Dad thats perfick...
