Badge removal

Use a hairdryer to heat up the badge and the glue than pull it off slowly (sounds rude does'nt it)
Then use some thinners or white spirit to get rid of the rest of the glue, make sure you wash the white spirit off tho.

... and don't forget to polish the revealed bodywork!

Be aware that some badges have locating pegs and will leave holes in the bodywork which will need making good and then re-painting :)

alfanige recommends hot water, i tied it and i agree, it also helps if you can get a piece of string behind the badge to pull it off, and the corner of a laminated card works well too, i use my trusty blockbuster card.

when I removed the badges from my Stilo I used a kind of credit card just pushed this underneath and it came off no problem.

Used JIFF then to remove the glue..no problem.

yeah you gotta watch with credit cards tho - sometimes they are too sturdy and can damage the paintwork , thats why i allways use the corner of a laminated card (such as blockbuster video memebership card) as the laminate is softer and less likely to scratch the paint
