Anyone else drink it?
i know asdas vodka is alright, but my mate has started drinking asdas smart price lager (3%)
i thought it would be awful but it actually wasnt that bad, 88p for 4 cans and £2.70 for 12!
which is a lot cheaper than carling, fosters etc. only loosing 1%.
anyone lol?
you find most of the budget brands are actually made by premium brands, same with most things, even tyres and watches. the big players position themselves in every market sector. even fiat do it using their alfa and lancia and commercial brands.Did you know the SmartPrice lager is made by Carlsberg?

We use the SmartPrice cola at work to get the stains off the floor! Works really well

so how comes that a john smiths is FAR superior to a can of tesco's own lager?
thats just one crap example, too.

Do what i do when hosting a party
Answer your door drinking can of your favourite lager, Ask if they fancy one
When they say yes, serve them a own brand one in a pint glass
saves a lot of money
Especially if they bring some beers to drink too, as you just drink the ones they brought round :yum:
