Can anyone rcommend a Bluetooth set-up/device that I can use in my new Bravo that allows me to take calls via my car speakers?

I don't have the Blue&Me option from Fiat.

I don't want any unsightly wires or cradles around the car. Would prefer everything hidden away?

Anyone got a good set-up just now?
