not true.

Have you ever tasted battery compared to free range? Both meat and eggs

There is a significant difference

Try telling that to people on low incomes ..a subject he touched on briefly in the program ..when you are in that kind of situation you are just glad to eat from day to day and not concerned where or how it was produced ..would you not agree with that one ..

i cant beleive that chickens are grown from eggs... i think they cloning them..

think about it... the amount of chickens in each supermarket, the amount on farms over the UK.. the amount in your fridge or freezer.. its impossible!

too many chickens tbh

that was the point i was referring to!

Its a case of people learning how to cook decent meals. These people on low incomes would probably think nothing of buying a packet of fags, modding their cars, buying ready meals etc

Besides it makes it sounds as if people buy meat so they can eat it every day of the week!!!!!

For a couple of extra quid i would much rather buy free range knowing its better for my family

There can be upto 40.000 chickens in one farm alone

But that IS MY point many on low incomes cant afford to pay for the best and have to make do with what they can afford ..maybe some on here would like to try and see how far the pittance some have to live on and how far it would go trying to feed a family and hungry children ..and while I agree with you point of buying fags etc not all people are the same and you cant tar all with the same brush ..
