i duno really lol, tesco supermarket was 94p or so and tesco esso was 98p or so.

98.9p unleaded, 104.9p super unleaded at my local Tesco. I fill up when I go to Basildon every week at their Tesco, usually 1 or 2p cheaper out there. OK it doesn't make a noticeable difference, but it softens the mental blow a bit

Last time I filled up it was 97.9 dunno where, i just have 3 local stations that fight to be cheapest (relativly speaking )

v.power is 105.9 at my cheap garage now, it was that price at the dear garage a few weeks back when cheap garage was 100.9, so hate to think how much it is at the dear one now, must be about 110.9

texaco in biggleswade is like 104.9 for unleaded and 107.9 for diesel!

Diesel is becoming the choice now for a performance car. Torque is better for driving performance than peak Bhp, check out Ducati performance in WSB. Yes I know the bike is not diesel but its the Torque that makes them competitive even with just 2 cylinders against 4 pot bikes. Anyway, more on topic, Le Mans cars are now running up front using diesel.

£1.02p / litre in Telford at Shell garages, £1.06 in Woking yesterday.

Glad its only just under half a tank for 300 miles with "Tractor fuel"!

BHP is product of torque and rpm, and oil burners smell.

So what if oil burners USED to smell?

They still make better and more useable power in normal cooking engines.
