Re: "obesity is not the individuals fault"......

fade in : a quiet church hall, somewhere in london....

a group sits on straining chairs, arranged in a circle, the creaking is interspersed with the odd wheeze and gulp for air, as the monstrous shapes fight the excess weight for breath...

a lone, giant figure slowly rises.....

hi therapy group....my name's jai.
hi jai
.....and i'm a fat ****....
applause
and so are you all.............

collective gasp.....a quiet sob from moosey

i came here with a message, get a crane and winch yourselves off your humoungous assess, and do something yourself

more crying

because there is no outside help
er, this is a support group
there is no support for 300 pounds of quivering fat **** flesh, get over it and move your gigantic ass on

wails of self pity ring out

STFU, and put the cream cake down moosey

a flicker of defience from moosey, but she cant hold the stare, her flabby cheeks weigh her head down, and she is forced to look away.....

phase one : deconstruction begining nicely.........

What a load of rubbish. In most cases it's completely down to the individual and in this PC day and age, health professionals aren't even supposed to tell porkers they're fat because we might upset the poor dears.

In my case I just eat too much and don't exercise enough, though I'm trying to do more of the second so I can do more of the first

My dietician advised, 'If it tastes good, spit it out'.

People who say they are retaining water aren't, they are retaining...........chips.

Cheers

Re: "obesity is not the individuals fault"......

I cant seem to put any weight back on. I weiged 9 stone 5 pounds at christmas, and fitted into my 32 inch waist trousers without a belt. Now i weight just over 8 and a half stone, and can fit into 28 inch trousers, i have to wear belts with every single trousers/jeans i wear.

Ive also had to go out and buy new swimming trunks as the elastic cord on the others i used to have was stretched to breaking point . Im a bit worried because i eat like a pig as well.
