Viewing a Donor 4x4 Panda tomorrow thats only 15-20 miles away :D
While admiring your dedication to the Marque and model, is there not a danger
this is all getting a little obsessional?

Blasting up to scotland tomorrow to see a lady acquaintance...not sure how its gonna go but looking forward to the drive out at least...going via cumbria before I turn north also we'll see how this goes as me and this lady don't know each other to well but it's an adventure :) See what comes of it

From Newcastle (upon-Tyne?) isn't it easier just to go up the A1? Unless a) you just want a drive, or b) you're going to Ayrshire/Dumfries & Galloway. Good luck by the way, hope it works out well.

Welcome back! :hug:

I had a date tonight, all went well :D
Congrats. I suppose it was asking a bit much for you to save yourself for me. It's taking a bit long for me to bump off Mrs. Beard. The bugger just won't drink that Warfrin.

seems that would be a yes.

just gone to check the ruler to see what a foot is and its nowhere near:(:eek:

its a few inches though at least my dog (who is about knee height) is only just clearing the snow.

might go snowboarding in a bit though :chin:

;) 2 -3 inches. Girlies have had fun with guys who dont know a few inches from 12 inches for 100's of years :ROFLMAO:

yes i know this.

im crap with imperial measurements all i know is a yard is about 91cm.

we were never taught about miles or anything like that:eek:

and i know my measurement and its a bit bigger than 3" but im not sad enough to post it on here:p

If a yard is 91cms a foot is about 30cms.

3 feet in a yard. 1,760 yards in a mile.

We are talking snow depth here lol.....?

miles away lol
have a clue rolf type 3" to mm in google

also iw as tought imperial at school i just dont remember any more than a mile
or 2 odd ones before

Chain = 22 yards = 66 feet = 100 Links [length of a cricket wicket, about 20 metres]
Furlong = 10 chains = 220 yards [length of a furrow, about 200 metres]

Its on west side of scotland so unless I want to skirt edinburgh and glasgow it's easier to go up A68....about to set off now!

Its just an engineering term used by us old timers Rolf..and to give you a little idea of what it means ..guy from machine shop came up to me and requested I weld up a component for him and said is that gap in there OK Phill..:chin: I said yep no problem with the gap its only a gnats cock IE a little gap..which could also relate to a little dick if you have a dirty mind like the others..:p
