the thought of my mum if she walked in now and saw all my microfibers going round in the washing machine by themselves :ROFLMAO:

also had a good cleaning session on the car

the sun is shining and all is good :)

Down in South Wales, the weather is alternately thunderstorms and sunshine so at least we have some entertainment. But otherwise its still as c**p as ever.

Corrected that for you if TV is anything to go by. :p

Ive been to bristol once. Was on the way to Exeter and had a 1hour wait at Temple Meads, stepped out of the station. didnt stay out too long. :p

Not seen the outskirts of Bristol to be honest. was on the CrossCountry train to Exeter St Davids , decided to go cheapest, instead of easiest, so had a few transfers including an hour at Temple Meads. Cant say i was too impressed by the city centre. although the people seemed nice enough, i think that might link into above...

Well like i said, TV seems to give the opinion that everyone is high, but i guess thats stereotypical...

And essex is much better? :p

Ok, i get the point you have sun, dont make the rest of us jealous

Its normally nice, most of our rain gets shed on Manchester and that side of the pennines. Nothing wrong with Yorkshire :D

i dont just live in essex ;)

not only sun but a nice beach as well :p

I should have taken a picture, but trust me. This was written in that old-fashioned white wash stuff in the window of a small carpet shop in Stockport, renowned for its bizarre messages. This was this weekend's:
Weather alert. Cold snap expected.
Scouser spotted with his hands in his own pockets"

Thats what i was thinking, i have worked it out correctly i think

134.9p/l, £30 of petrol. according to the odometer i covered 214 miles between fuel stops.

thats 43.75mpg. or 44mpg i guess.

The only way to do it accurately is brim your tank until the pump clicks (yes I know painful!). Drive say 100 or 200miles of your 'usual' routes, driving style etc. Then brim your tank again at the same pump noting how many litres it takes.

Assuming the pump is accurate and has been calibrated recently you should be able to calculate a pretty accurate MPG figure.

I used this method and found my onboard computer to be pretty accurate +/- 3-5mpg which may sound unaccurate but it's basically doing an educated guess the whole time :worship:.

My smile = getting £400+ refunded back to my debit card for the deposit of my two night stay in a hotel! Cheeky buggers.

Final Exam tomorrow at 9:30am  Not ready for it yet:cry:

But...
After this exam I get a HUGE holiday of just under 5 months!:D

Can't wait till tomorrow afternoon:p
Hopefully a large lorry won't run a red this time, otherwise i will need to change the tyres :( The last time took alot of rubber off them, less than half a meter between me (and two others) being hit side on by a speeding truck that ran a red:shakehead:

Been looking for a newer car as my gears crunch - i think the clutch is at fault as i know it's a little worn.. so hopefully it's not too bad, but there are NO cars suitable for me under £2k  so i'm stuck with mine - not a bad thing though:rolleyes:

Oh yeah, latest mpg figures are back at over 70mpg(y) - had fallen to between 20 and 40 past few tanks with ecu making engine run rich after exhaust fault, reset the ecu and now getting over 300 miles to only half a tank?!(y)

i do belive i just won a pro photoshoot with the misses at the factory covent garden im just a bit worried it might be a scam

also applied for a few hopeful jobs today one being a receptionist in a saab garage down the road from me
