It wasn't the speed that caused the catastrophe, it was the totally irresponsible and stupid driving that caused it. Notice the carnage of a lorry in the pictures? That's who I feel sorry for, someone just minding their own business then a bunch of morons come out of nowhere and probably killed him. Probably just an innocent man trying to make a living by driving a lorry having his life cut short. Suppose he has a wife and kids to support? How will they be feeling?

And I agree with Jug. Yes, the pics and video are sick but that's the whole point. Perhaps if some of the moronic drivers on our roads got to see it then just maybe they'll learn to respect the road better and not drive like tits. Personally I think all learner drivers should be made to watch videos like this as part of their training...

Looks like they have cut between the two lorries and ran into something in the gap...

That kids is why racing on roads is so frowned upon. Keep it to the track or on consoles...

same, if i saw that happen on the road i would not stop if the driver was alone.

An unavoidable accident is one thing, a bunch of idiots driving like tits in a BMW is another. It wasn't their time to go, their life was cut short by a totally avoidable situation.

Some of us have already had to deal with death on the roads and it makes you think very differently when seeing stuff like that.

maybe because an idiot crossed a carriageway and smashed into Liam, might be that, you know, maybe?

Think there's also a lesson there for anyone who aspires to powerful rear wheel drive cars. 3 series BMW's were renowned for being so light at the back and tail happy. I think he probably overcooked it going around the truck, hit some dirt and span before going across the carriageway. Either way, not good and something to be shown to anyone who thinks speeding is ok.
