Just thought that Gordon Brown must have had the toughest start to any premiership. He's had to deal with:

Terrorist attack in London and Glasgow
Flooding throughout the North east and the west
Having to deal with a cowboy called George who doesn't seem to grasp fundamental concepts too well
Foot and mouth disease.

He's only been at it for 6 weeks.

If Dave the chameleon took after Maggie then the government would have been ripped to shreds by now me thinks.

Well it'll be a good chance for him to show what kind of leader he is.

He does get straight A's in looking seriuos and makig platitudes sound soothing. He has had an amazing free ride from the media as someone who was part of the cabinet that botched the 2001 F+M invaded Iraq flogged off peerages sold our gold at rock bottom prices lost control of imigrtation eroded civil liberties , crashed the tube through an unworkable PFI saw NHS inflation at 10% compound.....
So far he is avoiding foot in mouth of course

Me and my missus were having this very coversation earlier. He is either gonna be a hero or a zero, of the back of it all.
