for those of us who cant see the vid (work block that site) can i have a graphic description please? 
Ok basically in Hummer POV of main street Iraq, hummer needs to get down as fast as possible, horn blaring but traffic won't move so Hummer nudges peeps bumpers and they move, it even taps a BUS!

Humvee driving down a congested but moving Iraqi street, everytime somebody doesn't move into the inside lane out of the way of the Humvee it gives the car a short knock to remind it who is boss. The Humvee also goes up the wrong side of the road and around a roundabout the wrong way to keep up speed. As I understand it, they were on the way to provide assistance to another Humvee caught up in a roadside bomb.

as for doing that because they might die... well they signed up as a meat shield so well that's their choice.
All it comes down to is using the wrong tool for the job... Military historically have been crap at policing, they aren't built for it. They're built for fear not trust.
IN a lot of other countries they DON'T move out of the way for emergancy vehicles, even ambulances and military vehicles.
I thinnk in australia the fire brigade DO actually ram you off the road if you dont move in a resonable amount of time, e.g. instantly
