This was the worst buying experience of my life!
Glenn is thick slow and moronic. Don’t bother with this steaming turd of an organisation. Total of 33days and I never got the correct part.
I ordered a 1.4 12v Bottom end from FL Auto's on the 8-04-2009 9:30am
FL Autos took my money on the 9-04-2009 (debit)
8 Days later 17-04-2009 First delivery arrives. It is the wrong part a 1.6. They had my order in writing no excuse to get it wrong.
24-04-2009 7 days later The second block arrives. It is damaged. 3 bolt holes that take one engine mount are smashed off.
I was promised another replacement by the following Monday or Tuesday. It did not arrived, as promised.
1-05-2009 a total of 22 days later and still no block.
12-05-2009 33 days later. I was told a engine would defiantly arrive today and nothing. Finally couldn’t take it anymore and cancelled my order, asked for a full refund Glenn agreed.
16-05-2009 37 days later and still no refund!
Glenn filled me with one blag after another. Promised to phone me back so many times and only did once after id demanded he actually phone me back for a change.
