today i bought a 55 reg punto active 3dr..

phoned norwich union and they quoted me 920 a month fully comp for an 18yr old with 1 yr no claims..

is there better companys out there?

Sounds a lot but i am older than you so my qoute was cheaper and ive been driving longer but i am with norwich union and ive had no problems with them

Youve got to be joking! get on your browser and type in insurance. Theres a site on the first page that will search over 50 insurers for you and all you have to do is fill in 1 form on line with no obligation. They,ll tell you the cheapest right down to the most expensive in order, i dont know how much you,ll get quoted but N.U. sounds a bit steep! Youre obviously on the net so use it to your advantage!!:yeahthat:
