ive got Corbreau reclyning bucket seats in my fiat, now i been told if i declare them i will get a further 7% discount.is this true?

Point i was getting at is,cus theyre not really a 'mod' are they.i.e alloys,bodykit,engine mod etc Theyre just an upgrade to the seating.
A mate told me due to them being an upgrade in the seating they are better and safer than normal seats.

just wondered thats all.

its still a mod and needs declared, better brakes an suspension are safer but you still have to tell insurance

didnt think tbh..but yer may aswell,i got a quote with alloys,side skirts and bumpers declared just not the seats.Gettin Mintex set up allround so may aswell tell them about those

Hopefully be on rd in 4 weeks when renewels up..Cant wait

no the point is,if you are insured with them you have stated you have an undeclared mod and your reg plate on show...

the car isnt even on the road yet,like i said before,will be another month yet.

I was just enquiring about the seats for future reference.

if its burnt they may have a get out clause

sounds a bit odd getting any reduction for different seats ? i can't see that myself, at best i thought you would declare them and there would be no increase. but i may be wrong

its just what i got told,as you know people seem to believe alot of things they hear lol Apparantly with them being 'safer' seats and if harnesses went in it would decrease more,as they are better than normal seat belts.
But like i say,just what i been told..

ill ring up tomorrow and find out

tbh mate,they couldnt beat Greenlight of £495 so no it never reduced it by 7% lol
even tho im a club member with 4yncb and age 27.
Even tried getting them to beat Co Op renewel of £300 on my 306 td,member of pugforum aswell.....they couldnt beat that! why is it i hear good comments from other people..but i dont get **** lol
