Been getting Comprehensive Insurance quotes for the various car's on my Check list for when the GPS goes.

1.6 Zetec S Fiesta,
1.4Turbo 155Bhp Mito,
2.0 Kia Pro Ceed Sport
Toyota Auris 2.2 SR180
Hyundai 2.0 Coupe s111

Happy to see that every car I am considering, is between £180 & £240!
Protected NCD, courtesy car, Windscreen cover as well as foreign travel!
How good that feels... (y)

before you wish to get old just remember that while insurance costs go down other things fail to go up.

Beg to differ... unless you're recounting your own experience of premature sterility of course... :p

Or maybe I'm even more exceptional than even I thought... breaking the mould, dusting off the stereotypes, lock up your daughters I say!

Too many oldies on this forum, suprised that you all know how a computer turns on & off let alone use the internet.

true, but you can ponder that from behind your screens as we cruise by in whatever we want to drive(y) safer in the knowledge that whilst our insurance allows us to put whatever we want on the road, the increasing stupidity of younger drivers in rewarded by insurance assessors with higher premiums and more draconian stipulations. enjoy the road:D

Clearly an observation from one who is yet to learn the value of knowledge & experience... I work in the Media business as a technical support analyst... :D

I'd back my technical abilities against yours any day!

No I use modern stuff supplied by the Company, I wouldnt go back to using computers you use.

Oddly I remember being 20... thought I knew it all, had it all, that nothing could stop me. If you're lucky you'll reach my age too, and reflect, maybe wonder where the time went & why you had the front to feel secure in your teeny days (yes they go on until maturity starts around 25 yrs old for lads) You'll know when you're there, beer becomes enjoyable rather than a "must do to show I'm hard" type thing. Playing in a band becomes something that was really embarrassing unless you make it to the Big Time.

Oh and you're Insurance is goooood to buy, for whatever you drive...

Now stop being jealous and make a plan for life. (y)

Im only joking around, Im not one of those common people my age thinking I know everything because I know I don't & don't pretend I do. I love playing in my band its the only thing I can do confidently and actually good at.
