Just come in from the match and had incident report on me car from the police. Phoned the police and one of their officers has reveresed into me and accepted responsibilty for it. My insurance changes other to a new company on the 11th of next month so Il have to inform them but will it affect my quote and my 1 years no claim, because I will be claiming but it wasnt my fault. So am i claiming against the other persons insurance?

any help?

TBH your going to be best staying with your current insurance co as they will know all about the "accident" you should be able to claim the difference in your renewal back via the Out of pocket expenses ((ask your insurance legal advisor)) (i know one bloke who claimed back the fish and chips he didn't eat when he was crashed into driving home from the chippy ;)

ive already paid the deposit on me new insurance a cnt even sort it out til tomoro so a dnt kno whats gonna happen. just had a requote with the accident down as parking damage and me quote hasnt gone up at all. so hopefully when i notify them it wont.
