We know many of you like to get your quotes online but we're able to beat the price comparison sites if we can talk to you - we get a better feel for you over the phone and we can ask different questions to manually decide whether you're a good risk to take on and at what price. To the best of my knowledge NFU are the only company to offer this to under 25's currently, Quinn Direct used to back in 2009 but not sure if they still do.

As MEP suggests, we'd only be able to offer that once you're 25 and it's not necessarily included as standard so you'd need to request the cover at the outset to make sure you get it added.

They couldn't match the quotes I got, in fact they were the very expensive. I doubt I'll even ask them to quote next time as they are so far out.

The rate will have matched the perceived risk. I don't know your case but maybe you're a younger driver or you park on the road in an area that needs garaging or you've had a large claim - it could be any number of things that have kicked it out. I'm 50+, 9+ years NCB and my car is standard and garaged in a 'good' postcode. The quote was £250 more expensive with a massive compulsory excess. It was even more than I had paid on a highly modified Hyundai coupe V6. I was not impressed then and you only get one chance to pi$$ me off.

As for our special club car insurance scheme, this morning I asked our Motor Supervisor where we stood against this month's target. She reported that we're almost at 50% already after just the first week of the month's trading.

As for our special club car insurance scheme, this morning I asked our Motor Supervisor where we stood against this month's target. She reported that we're almost at 50% already after just the first week of the month's trading.
Thanks to everyone who is asking us to quote for their car insurance at the moment. Feedback has been coming in thick and fast. I normally post a few examples from recent days but this time there are so many that I'm having to choose a selection rather than all of them. It has really kicked off and I'm glad we're helping so many car club members to save money as well as providing good broker service.

Just Re-Newed with these guys and mods declaired were miles cheaper than every-one else even the ones I tried as a standard car. couldn't be happier with the level of cover, hopefully next year they will stay competitive so I can enter year three with them.

im currently writing down the mods i have... im not overjoyed by the renewal quote i got this year from brentacre, so im going to do some shopping around... just totted up what the mods are and how much they cost me... i really shoulnt have done that
