When it comes ill take some pics of the car so you can see what its like :). I got to use the coupon too :D.

I am giving it to my 6 y/o daughter, for £30 [ignoring the code] it is a bargain - ideal for snapshots, not the David Bailey type pics :p

They are on eBay BIN for around £80.

im not saying it wont be SLR quality.. im saying kodak are ****. simple :).

Better camera for £30? Doubt it.

Ital break in 10 mins. .
Warranty.

they feel cheap and tacky and are pretty usless in general.
ALl cameras sub £100 will feel similar, they should feel cheap, they are cheap. I also imagine people will be pretty happy with them.

plus the fact that kodak are going down doesnt really doesnt give anyone confidence.
Completely irrelevant!

Couldn't disagree more. I've had a DX6430 for over 2 years and it's still working perfectly and taking very good shots considering it's a fairly basic point and shooter. Considering the model in this thread is the same except for slightly higher image resolution (4MP instead of 3.2) then I can't see anyone being disappointed, especially for a measly £30.

ROFL at 35mm compact - and how much is processing? So I am going to give my daughter a camera, with a 36 shot film in, then pay how much to get it developed, just to see a load of crap. Sod that :D

Well I just got mine yesterday but only had time to play with it now. Nice camera easy to use and on Windows Vista doesn't need software :D. Only drawback is the battery isn't rechargeable but one is available and it can work on normal AA if necessary. The picture quality isn't perfect but for the money is brilliant :D.

in fairness thats not too bad of a little camera, i though it was going to be a lot worse coz i read the thread before opening the link.,,
by todays standards its a good price but because digital photography is moving on so quickly you will start to see equal/better cameras on the market for the same kind of money fairly soon, but as long as ya dont pay crazy money money for one you wouldnt mind.
i personally wouldnt buy one as "bushboy" is right about Kodac not being that good with cameras anymore ever since going digital, it was obvious that the bigger companies like panasonic, HP and cannon etc were going to win out in the end.,.,
if anyone is thinking about buying a more high quality camera id reccomend the Panasonic Lumix lx2 10.2megapixel, i bought one a while back, its the first camera on the market to have a 16/9 aspect ratio and the specs list is endless.,,
photography is a hobby of mine and id never give this camera away, its like gold dust to me!!...,lol

(had to edit this, just realised how Sh*t my spelling is) lol
