This one is dead simple. The poor aftercare from my two local dealers has resulted in me asking the real experts. Does anyone know how I can order a volume knob for the Blaupunkt stereo in my Fiat Idea 1.3 Dynamic.

through blaupunkt (not poor aftercare its simply parts not listed except complete nit)....seen la few ideas with missing on/off/volume knob! It will soon play up anyway (crap blaupunkt software) & you'll end up getting a single din sized CD player

I am sad to say its still poor after sales though. Rather than ignore my request when I got it serviced they could have just said. But they did not.... Shame as we love the car. Not the dealers. :bang:
