Just thinking about my first instal soon.

Ok with running power cable,earth,remote,RCA's etc but can anyone please suggest how to run the speaker wires between sub and amp.Just can't picture it in my head!!

Reckon I'll have to 'bridge' the sub?...could anyone please explain how I would do this..?

There will be 4 speaker outputs on the amp, as its a 2 channel (2 outputs for each speaker, 1 positive, 1 negative). To bridge it, you'd usually connect the positive of one speaker to the negative of the other speaker IYKWIM. The 2 speaker outputs you need to use to bridge the channels should be marked on the amp itself
