Hi recently brought my mum a fiat 500, radio was working fine, but then yesterday came up with code. I know that I needed to remove the radio to get the serial number.
Sadly the front broke off from the radio chassis, I suspect that was the issue with it, the connectors had worked loose.. Is that a common problem? I have reglued it with gorilla foam glue, and it seems like it should be OK. Noticed it had velcro on it, again not sure if that was fitted by fiat or a previous owner.
