android head unit... tearing my hair out ... help appreciated

Hi all, my 2007 fiat Panda 1.2 Blaupunkt head unit has decided to only now play music through the back right speaker only, so i thought i'd treat my Panda to a lovely new Android head unit. I thought a 10'' screen would look great in her. (As well as the added bonus of GPS, a net connection, spotify and youtube)
. Now im running into difficulty, i have searched Amazon, ebay and dozens of others and even the ''universal'' ones won't fit my panda. I have found one made by Topnavi, which is plug and play, but they are no longer selling them.

So i am asking all Panda owners, do you have an android unit which one?
If you do have a 9 or 10'' head unit, was it hard to fit/secure?

I don't want to blow £100+ quid on a stereo that wont fit.

first is it 1 or 2 din you need i have just fitted a single din 7 inch to my panda
