Hi all,

I have a Ulysse 55 with a RT3-N1 head unit. I want to activate the CD Changer (as I have a xcarlink unit to add) so I got Lexia software and for most things it seems to talk ok to my car.

However, when I try to activate the CD Changer it says 'Downloading Defective'.

Any ideas what this means and how I can fix it?
