I am adding a dash mounted XM radio ( I need my MLB play by play). I disconnected all the cables and removed the stereo. I connected my XM dash radio antenna to the stock Sirius radio antenna lead with a custom connector I rigged up, so I could leave the stock connector in tact. I put everything back together, except there is no Sirius antenna to the stock radio anymore.

I turned on the car, sound plays, I can control the stereo just fine with the steering wheel, but the radio display is off, and the controls on the stereo do not work.

Any thoughts?
