I'm in the same boat; needing a radio code for my Fiat Punto. It's taking ages to stop the 'wait' and then it seems to just turn off- is it possible then to input the code?

You have posted the Blaupunkt and Fiat part numbers for the radio, you need to post the serial number. For your radio, the serial number will be something like BPx374xxxxxxxx and will be stamped into the side of the radio.

If the display shows " WAIT ", you will need to leave the radio and ignition switched on until the display shows " CODE ", then " - - - - ", then enter the code.

Check your serial number. It should be MO followed by 6 digits. e.g. MO123456.
