Posts: 2 Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: 0 ![]() | ![]() Hi, new to this forum and kinda new to car audio. Recently installed a Sub, Amp and two 6x9's in my Fiat Punto MK1 (Vibe SLICK SLR12, Vibe Slick A1 and Vibe Slick 69.3 ). Its the first time Ive done it and this is my first car so i'm fairly new to it all. Unfortunatly, after fitting the system myself, 2 days later my battery is dead. My Remote wire is fine as the amp was switching off with the headunit (which by the way is a JVC KD-R301 ). The headunit remains on standby when it is turned off, could this be something to do with it? Any thoughts or help would be much appreciated, thanks. ![]()

![]() | Re: Drained Battery MK1 https://www.fiatforum.com/cinquecent...-ignition.html I know that says for Cinq/Sei but the Mk1 has similar issues (in fact I recall people with Mk2's doing similar) so is undoubtedly worth trying. As to where the best ignition switched live is in a Mk1, don't know...
