Depends how much you want to spend to exactly what you should get, obviously the more you spend the better system you will have but if you havent i wiould invest in a decent alarm before purchasing ICE.

Btw i am sure you would get more help if you posted this in the ICE as it is a general ICE rather than a cinq/sei - i have requested it to be moved :)

Main problem you may come accross is keeping it cold. After scraping it from the pavement on a cold morning and placing it in your boot you may start to notice it melting.

No, couldnt resist. As Sammi stated above - you need to know what you are willing to spend before deciding what you want. Motorwirld are still doing offers on the JBL subs. 10" sub for £30!! I would swear by them.

Get a good quality amp too...stay clear of SPLx stuff. But firstly - get your budget and then start looking

When i was looking for what i wanted for mine i went to the back pages of magazines like Max Power, they have loads of online companies that if you try a few you can find some absolute bargains, especially if you buy the already made up sub amp packages (that usually come with all the wiring you need aswell)

pioneer subs! 10 inch 40 quid each they are very powerfull and are overbuilt i have 2 of them in my boot and im using 2 gbl gto 2000 amps to power them they are very very very very loud also sound deden ur boot! use aqua seal very cheap and does the same as all the expensive stuff! as for 6x9s go for either pioneer or infinity as they are both cheap and are very gd for the price dont get anythin from motorworld or halfords best place is the internet shops allways overcharge try www.caraudiosecurity.com !!!

i had one of them pioneer subs, and have to agree they were pretty impressive. Shame they were nicked :( But i replaced them with a pair of 12" Kenny's to go with my stored amp

wat do we reckon to that? and Im lookin for a cheapish Head unit aswell probably spend about 100 on it, it depends how much money I get for my 18th really :(

Thats not some bad kit, however if you plan to thrash it, that amp is grossly underpowered for the sub. I generally advise an amp overrated for the subs and reduce the gain on them so the quality remains undistorted at high volume...

But as you are only starting out, you should find that bit of kit plentyfull

tnx every1 im just avin a look round now :) So wat will acctually fit in my cinquecento boot tho thats what im worried about!
