Hi all.

I got some Infinity 32.5cfs for the fronts on my Mk1 Punto, but i didn't think about in-line crossovers. Turns out they're about 10x4x2 cm so they wont fit in the holes in the dash with the speakers.

They could float around the back of the head unit, but i'd need to run a second set of cables up to the speakers, or make the existing holes in the dash loads bigger to fit them in.

Does anyone know about whether it's possible (fairly easy) to run a second lot of cable up? Or know which direction is best to expand to existing holes (i'm a bit worried about cutting through important wiring or structural bits )?

Or any other solution that has just passed me by.

welcome to the forum extra wires if easy, i wouldnt go making the holes in dash bigger, fit some door pods an stick them in there

I've had a good old poke around the dash and getting new wires up to the passenger side shouldn't be too bad coz they just through the air filter chamber behind the glove box.

The driver side one gets mixed up with the fuse board though so i'm not messing with that lot. It might have to be a bit of dash modification!

Anyone made the existing holes in their dash bigger and know which way to go (and not to go)?

Any ideas?
