Upgrade audio system

Hi...

Im wanting to put a head unit with screen etc.. in my gp and just wondered if any one knew whether i could keep the blue and me or has anyone already done this and does it work??

Past experience tells me that you will not be able to keep the Blue&Me facilities if you change from the stock head unit. There may well be a head unit out there that can (part) support the system, but I doubt it!

Let's leave it to someone with a bit more knowledge in the field though as I could be wrong?

There are bluetooth head units that provide some functionality such as turning the car speakers into the phone output (hands free) and being able to stream music off the phone but I havent had chance to play with one nor Blue and Me
