Hi all,

Hope someone may be able to help me. I have searched for the answer myself but can't find a definitive answer.

My wife has just aquired a Punto 51 1.2 Hlx and this comes with the Blaupunkt Highpower tape header unit. We wish to try and connect her Mp3 player (not Ipod) through an aux in socket. I realise this unit only has a CD changer input and have found this for sale at car audio security.

Connects 2 CT29BP01 Blaupunkt DMS Auxiliary Adaptor (sorry no url but only just joined site and not allowed to post them yet.)

Does anyone know if this works correctly with this HU

If not i guess the only way is to replace the HU?

this was covered quite extensivly about a month ago with no definitive answer given though from what ive read some people have had success with this. if your stereo has the ability for it then that looks like the rite plug. usually the problem lies on whether the pins are even enabled

Thanks for your response, i did see it had been discussed but i had looked at so many posts i think i lost myself in the end.
Guess i should stop being such a tightwad and just order it. It will either work or it won't.
Thought it was worth asking incase a definitive answer had been found.
