Hi all
Just out of interest,if I were to add just another pair of quality 6x9 speakers to my parcel shelf and route the wires across(the rest of the setup being totally standard in my Brava),would I see any real benefit in sound quality..?
What benefit if any apart from being louder!

in my cinq i had 2 6x9's on the parcel shelf which was ok. i upgraded and amped them and put the lower spec ones in the back trim. The sound quality improved as well as the loudness.
to majorly improve the sound quality amp the 6x9s but the more speakers the better i say.

You wont really get any sound quality improvement with 6x9s, just loudness. All youre doing is taking the sound-stage further back - away from where you want it to be i.e. near the front where u sit.

To improve the sound quality i suggest you buy a good pair of component speakers for the front of the car and power them from a decent amp.
