sony, mp3 and changers

i have a Sony CDX CA700 http://www.buy-cheap-electricals.co.uk/Car_Audio/Sony_CDX-CA700.html

It doesnt do MP3s, but does MD/CD changer control. Am i right in thinking I can buy an MP3 CD changer like this:

and my headunit will control that ok?
