i am planning to bridge an amp which is on my passenger door and have it running front left speakers.

the question is......if i wire all the left front speakers in a series or parallel circuit and then to the amp will they all be amped or just the first speaker in the circuit? and also whiould i just connect one of the phono leads to the amp? namely the left line. and will this prove a stereo sound with the same but opposite method being used for the right hand door?

that would actually work, all you'd have to do is wire the speakers in series (unless the amp is two ohm stable when bridged .IE. can handle 1 ohm load on each channel) this would make an 8 ohm load, and the amp would run the same as if it were in stereo. go for it.

sorry if thats hard to understand, but it does work, and there shouldnt be any problems (unless you want to bias the sound towards the back or something...) and yeah, just the one cable, its usually into the left channel socket I think...
