Sounding good already before its in Ben! Hope its worth the dosh! Me being a cheapskate (2 kids and an ex wife) got a system for around £270.

Included an XS Intimidator 4ch 900 watt amp (4 x 110RMS), 2 x 300watt Boss sound 10" subs in seperate boxes, 2 x 315watt Boss sound 6 x 9's and all appropriate wiring.

But...you definately know you're gonna get quality with rf/kicker.

Best of luck with the install!

Hmmm... just being doing some studying and the mcs guys lied! the rfp4412 is not one up from the 3212, its one down!! [:0] Will see if they will do same price with the 4212 (the 3212 replacement) as that 4412 is nowhere near as good.

As for the install, good old' Si' is gonna help out there :D

Finally, some spare time to respond to this.

Yup all sounds good as long as the deal is for the 4212 not the 4412.
If they won't give you the 4212 will they still do it with the old 3212 as that would be better than the 4412.

Other than that, the speaker cable i've never heard of but it should be fine, and i'd buy 2m of the 8-gague earth wire just to be on the safe side for the sake of £2.50

I just finished putting a sound system in my wifes Chinky sporting. It ended up being a pretty cheap good sounding system.
I already had a head unit that I bought from my brother in law so here are the costs.
Kenwood KDC5050R CD RDS Head unit 4 x 30w £30 (2nd Hand)
Kenwood KDC-C715 10 Disc CD Changer & Cable £80 (2nd Hand Ebay)
Kenwood KFC 6907 6 x 9 3 way 200W speakers £46 (New Ebay)
Kenwood KFC 10585 4' 90w speakers £20 (New Halfords)
SPLX Sub Box with 2 x 100W subs £33 (New Ebay)
Infinity RSA 120 w amp Bridgable for subs £22 (2nd Hand Ebay)
Amplifier Wiring kit £25 (New Halfords)
Treble blocker for subs £16 (New Halfords)
Total £272

All of the above is now fitted and sounding pretty good. The wife is pleased so that is good, lot of sound for little money IMHO.

Cheers Rob
