My car is the bod standard mk2 mia punto.

so it doesnt even have the wiring for the rear speakers, So im having to channel some back, I have found that the wires go down the passenger kick plates but then they seem to go up and up? where should I take my wiring for my 6x9's??

does anyone have any pikkys to illistrate a little better?

Exact same problem with same model car, not sure where the wires are either, tempted to swallow my pride and get it done properly rather than end up bodging it!

it is easier and better sound quality to run new speaker wires from the back of the head unit to the speakers better yet get an amp!!!, i take it your not using the standard head unit any more if the new one is decent and comes with a manual it should show that wire out the back corrosponds to which terminal. cut the wire a little bit before the connector block and crimp the new speaker wire to this i run my new speaker wires down the passenger side so all you need to do is unscrew the door sill and a bit or plastic trim under the rear seats then just feed them through and put everything back jobs dun

Punto GT Turbo, bailey dump valve, samco hose kit, k&n induction kit, s/s exhaust, bleed valve, superchip, running 14lb boost!

yeah as speedyandy says, piece of pi7s. if ur going 4 an amp and different headunit then run the speaker/audio wires down one side and the power leads down the other to stop interference.
Good luck and if u need pics or anythin on how to do it then just pm me cos iv got a mia aswell.
