My steps when replacing engine and gear box mounts in 1.4L 500X
1. remove engine cover: 10mm socket
2. pull off clip for air hose
3. remove air box lid by undoing 3 phillips head screws
4. pull out base of air box: 1 connector to engine mount (shown below); 2 connectors to side of car; 1 air pipe
5. remove engine splash shield (10mm bolts: 2 at front and 2 at back and several phillips head screws) and support engine with trolley jack and timber
6. undo bolts and replace mount (torquer specs at the end)
7. replace all bits and do other side!

The other side
1. pull out battery:
10mm socket to disconnect negative and positive battery connectors
13mm socket with extension to undo bolt holding the battery strap
2. disconnect 2 clips for positive cable
3. disconnect 2 clips for washer bottle (flat screwdriver: marked B) and cable marked C (squeeze with needle nose pliers and push in)
4. pull out plastic tray (don't tear off hose where hole is) and undo three 13mm bolts; pull out the metal tray
5. undo bolt holding bracket
6. support gear box with trolley jack and timber (as or engine mount)
7. undo outer five 13mm bolts; I needed 600mm breaker bar (leave the ones connected to gear box itself)
and install new gear box mount

Choosing mounts
I used Febi Bilsten mounts. You can see in photos that these seem to be the Mopar ones with the logo scratched off
The mounts are shown like this in the manual:
