Just a bit of the subject here. I forgot to say my first mod was a spoiler, i stuck it on with araldite(stronger superglue), it flew off on the dual carriage way, straight under a lorry and smashed into bits, I was thinking of calling the the rate my drive number, cause he should of driven round it!!!!!!!!

Theres a moral to this story follow the instructions and use the bits that come with it.

Looks Good, Drives Sh!t.

First mod on my Fiat was the Punto alloys; although I didn't fit them. ;) Previous owner gets the credit for that!:D

I've fitted a removable CD player / tweeters in the front and an alarm. I've tinted the side repeaters, too.:D

Seats need replacing next! Really want a pair of Cinq sporting seats![8D]

A couple of Abarth stickers may just end up on her too! Yes I know there aren't any Abarth parts on her...but she's a Panda - you can't take them seriously! [)] They are a fun car!!:D:D

The very first thing I did to my first Fiat X was to remove all the bagdes to help confuse everyone else that had no clue as to what it was...[}:)]

1st mod: threw out the Maystar radio cassette and replaced it with a Blaupunkt Montreux. The whole shebang slides out so it's pretty secure ...

2nd mod: replaced the weird Ducellier distributor with a Marelli electronic one from a 4x4. I was getting fed up of spending £40+ replacing the points (I had to replace half the distributor body)

3rd mod: Replaced the rusty brake pipes with Automec copper ones and all brass unions. Added braided flexible pipes. There is no servo so I need all the help I can get here ....

4th mod: when I get "A Round Tuit" I will replace my knackered 4-speed gearbox with a 5-speeder.

5th mod: (suggested by my family) take it to Podder's (our local scrapyard) and get them to flatten it ... NO! NO! NO!

Okay, I'll shut up now.

Steve.

Currently immobile with a knackered gearbox
Replacement 5-speed 'box in garage ready to fit ...

The first "Mod" I did was Pete Townsend. He staggered across the road holding his ears after a 10 minute Keith Moon drum solo during a live performance of Wont Get Fooled Again.

Second "Mod" I did was Rod Stewart, I mounted the pavement as he dismounted a blonde

The last "mod" I did was Bruce Foxton as he was whingeing about Paul Weller dumping the Jam and just had to be run over.

Did I miss something??

The first mod i did on my first fiat a few years ago now was to put a concrete paving slab in the front boot/bonnet on my X/19 to stop understeer.
The fit was that good i sold the car with it in 18 months later:D

first mod- had to alloys cos driving on the motorway without them was scary.

Second mod- suspension

Third mod- tinted windows
and it all led on from there.

PRAISE THE LOWERED

ICE all the way a Must have mod even if its a new Headunit and speakers. Tho my ICE isn't 2 happy atm ;) my 2nd set of front speakers r about 2 die (ARSE) and my sub sometimes makes the thunmp sound when u power of the Headunit [?].

FIAT CinqueCento = Recycled Ferrari :D

first 'mod' i ever did was fitting my alloy gear knob and leather gaiter, which i did within 3 hours of picking the car up. Then i fitted a punto SX centre console in (it was a basic 60s). Er...that was it then as i was perpetually skint...a situation inherent today.

pop the little pea cosies on...highly effective

Tell me about it Ritchie. That's why I drive (ha ha ha!) a beaten-up old Panda ... ;) but still love her even though she hasn't moved for 10 months ...

Steve

Drives a Panda 1000CL [:0] but still has a sense of humour!

Mine had to be the ice. After previously being in a band and having a love of stupidly loud music but not being allowed due to having a wife and two kids (pram space etc), I got divorced, bought a bravo and threw in an amp and a couple of subs! Worth the solicitor bills already!!

erm....the bootleg muppets...lol
So named as I was the drummer in the original line up and looked like animal from the muppet show with my bright red hair.
We even supported 'the verve' once
